A young man from Colorado gained fame recently in a way that will leave few following in his footsteps. Dylan McWilliams was bitten by a shark in Hawaii on Thursday, which means that he has been bitten by a shark, bear and rattlesnake all within a 4 year time frame.
During the shark attack McWilliams suffered deep cuts to his leg, but his injuries were not life threatening. He stated that the scariest part of the whole thing was swimming back to sure, afraid that the shark would follow him.
“I don’t know, I’m either really lucky or really unlucky.” - Dylan McWilliams
Last July McWilliams received nine staples on his head after being attacked by a nearly 300 pound bear at a campsite.
“The bear grabbed the back of my head and started pulling me and I was fighting back as best as I could. It dropped me and stomped on me a little bit, and I was able to get back to the group and they scared it away.”
The rattlesnake encounter was around three and a half years ago while McWilliams was in Utah.
Luckily, he took in only a small amount of venom, so he was only briefly ill afterward, he told the newspaper.
